A monthly subscription to use the Waitmatic app and website for your restaurant, café or food stall, including SMS and WhatsApp updates to your customers.
How it is delivered
- The app is downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App Store, free.
- Your plan is activated on your Waitmatic account online, instantly after Razorpay confirms the payment — usually within 1 minute.
- If the app still shows “plan not active” 15 minutes after paying, tap “I’ve paid — check again” or contact us. We activate it manually within 4 working hours.
Where
We serve businesses in India. Customer messages are sent to Indian mobile numbers only.
Physical goods
None. We do not ship any physical product, so there are no shipping charges or delivery times.
