Delete your Waitmatic account

You can delete your account and data at any time.

Draft: details in yellow are filled in after business registration, and the text is reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

In the app

  1. Open Waitmatic and sign in.
  2. Go to More and tap Delete restaurant account (owners) or Remove my login (staff). Confirm.
  • Staff: your login is removed from the restaurant immediately.
  • Owners: the restaurant is locked at once. The restaurant, staff logins, customer numbers and queue history are permanently deleted within 7 days.

Without the app

Email support@waitmatic.in with your registered mobile number. We confirm by SMS code and delete within 7 days.

What we keep

Payment and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires (usually 8 years). Nothing else is kept.

Customers

If a restaurant added your number to its queue, it is deleted automatically after the restaurant’s retention period (90 days by default). To delete it sooner, email us with your number.
